The challenge to build into your training this week is simple ... Throw and swap your poles as many times as possible in 30 seconds! The exercise is done in pairs face to face. You throw your pair of poles to your partner, who must catch them, before throwing them back in turn, and so on. To complete the exercise, alternate the squat/standing position.
