Work on your endurance on an elliptical bike: that's your mission, should you choose to accept it!It's entirely feasible, on one condition:that you train consistently and follow the right exercises for progression.So, we'd like to offer you a programme designed to help you improve your endurance.Every week, you'll be doing one interval training session and one endurance session.Happy training!:)

This week, you'll be mixing up your endurance and cardio sessions!Breath recovery and toning guaranteed!

For this second week, we'll ramp up the interval training and keep going with the endurance sessions.
