Discover or rediscover Nordic walking:A gentle, very complete sport which combines getting fit with toning your body. During this 8-week programme you will learn to synchronize your arms with your steps, and gradually increase your speed.

Week 1 - Synchronize your arms with your legs.

Learn how to use your Nordic walking poles like a professional. Don't forget to warm up before getting started: Go to the "Tips" section to see our exercise video!

  • 01. 40 minutes for learning the right technique

Week 2 - Increase your speed.

For this second session, continue synchronizing your arms with your legs, and take larger steps to increase your speed.Don't forget to warm up before getting started: go to the Tips section to see our exercise videos!

  • 02. 40 minutes for improving your performance

Week 3 - Tone your arms!

For this third session, push hard on the walking poles to tone your arms! Don't forget to warm up before getting started:go to the Tips section to see our exercise videos!

  • 03. 50 minutes for toning your arms with walking poles

Week 4 - Improve your endurance

To improve endurance, increase the time and distance of your sessions.Don't forget to warm up before getting started: Go to the Tips section to see our exercise videos!

  • 04. 55 minutes for improving your endurance

Week 5 - Make larger movements.

To tone your upper body even more, take larger steps and make larger movements with your arms.Don't forget to warm up before getting started:go to the Tips section to see our exercise videos!

  • 05. 50 minutes for toning your upper body

Week 6 - Using your upper body

  • 06. 1 hour for strengthening your muscles

Week 7 - Get your fill of oxygen!

  • 07. 65 minutes for increasing your endurance and getting your fill of oxygen

Week 8 - Evaluate your progress!
