This lower body workout starts with a warm-up of 3 exercises. You'll do each exercise for 15 seconds with 15 seconds of recovery.
The main workout also includes 3 exercises. You'll do each exercise for 60 seconds with 60 seconds of recovery.
We'll wrap up the workout with some stretches!
