You'll discover, with our Gym & Pilates sessions, simple and effective exercises that build up strength and stretches to help tone and make body more supple, whilst preventing back pain.

The session lasts 6'40" we will work on :
- Plank on knees
- Straight hip raise
- Standing hamstring stretches
- Back stretches

Make sure you have enough room to workout comfortably
