Here is a sequence of standing stretches you can do when you wake up in the morning, after a workout or even at the office.

This routine was created as part of our partnership with the Oscar Lambret cancer centre in northern France. Hervé Mocaer, sports rehabilitation therapist who supports patients throughout their care journey, designed this routine for DECATHLON Coach.

    Standing hamstring stretch (2x30 sec)

    Wide-legged standing forward bend (60 sec)

    Side lean (2x30 sec)
