For this yoga sequence, try to relax as you hold the poses that encourage you to breathe and focus.

For the cow face pose, you can use a strap if you're not able to hook your fingers together.
Tip: for each of these poses, the breathing is the same. Inhale and exhale deeply through your nose and bring your awareness into your body. As you focus on one part of your body, soften and relax the muscles.
