This is a sequence of stretches that are all done on the floor.

You'll need a mat to do them.

This routine was created as part of our partnership with the Oscar Lambret cancer centre in northern France. Hervé Mocaer, sports rehabilitation therapist who supports patients throughout their care journey, designed this routine for DECATHLON Coach.
